**We are currently hiring a part-time Ticket Office Representative at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, located in Jupiter, FL.**

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

*   Sell individual game tickets to walk-up customers
*   Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails 
*   Assist customers with any questions regarding tickets or seat information
*   Assist customers with any digital ticketing needs

**Experience Required:**

*   Must possess good communication skills
*   Must be comfortable working with a computer
*   Must have exceptional customer service qualities
*   Must pay attention to details
*   Digital ticketing knowledge a plus
*   Must be able to adhere to all company policies
*   **Must pass a drug test and background check**
*   **Must have personal transportation with valid driver's license**

  

 **Schedule**: 

*   Part-time, seasonal
*   2-3 days per week
*   4 hours per day
