The average American gains a lot of fat during the holidays. Why wait?
Maybe you’ve “been waiting” for the perfect time to start training and losing weight. Once the holidays are over, once life is less busy, etc.
The reality is there will never be a perfect time. And even if there was, it wouldn’t last. You still need to learn how to exercise, eat, recover and have fun doing it while life throws curveballs at you from every angle.
Don’t wait until the holidays are over or for a new year’s resolution. We all know New Year’s resolutions last for a week/don’t have the proper structure to be sustainable.
