As a child, feeling loved is such a cherished and important experience. It's a beautiful thing to reflect on, isn't it? When I think back to my childhood, there were a few key ways in which I felt most loved.⁠ ⁠ First and foremost, the power of quality time cannot be underestimated. I felt most loved when my parents and siblings took the time to really be present with me, engaging in meaningful conversations, playing games, and simply enjoying each other's company. It made me feel seen and valued, like my thoughts and feelings truly mattered.⁠ ⁠ Another way I felt loved was through acts of kindness and support. Whether it was a hug when I was feeling sad, a helping hand with my homework, or a surprise treat to brighten my day, these small gestures showed me that my loved ones cared deeply about my happiness and well-being. Knowing that I had a support system who had my back made me feel secure and cherished.⁠ ⁠ Lastly, validation and encouragement were powerful forms of love in my life...
