Fifty people. That’s what I was hoping for when I did my book signing. I would have been happy with fifty. That would have been a number I could always carry around with me. I would have been proud of that number. Five hundred people showed up. There was a four hour wait time to get their book signed. And they all stayed. We promised A Wild Night At The Bookstore - and we fucking delivered. My book has now been out for a month. And that’s how long I sat on this footage for. There was a big part of me that never wanted to even look. I didn’t want to see it, let alone edit it. I wanted to keep this as a memory because there’s no way the reality and what I felt would ever line up. I was wrong again.
