Cam Rising is returning to Utah next year for his SEVENTH season in college football. Rising had led Utah to back to back Pac-12 Titles before his torn ACL in last season’s Rose Bowl against Penn State was so significant that he had to miss this entire 2023 season. Instead of heading to the NFL Draft, Rising will be back in Salt Lake for a final season in the Utes first year as members of the Big 12. #cfb #collegefootball
