On International Day of Families, we thought it fitting to give a nod to our own families. They are the why in what we do, and without their support and understanding, we wouldn't be able to do it. KCA has always been built with a family ethos at its heart. (I left my employed job so that I could start KCA and spend more time with my firstborn). It’s often the tough times that make you realise what, and most of all, who is important to you. The last few years have been tough for everyone and we appreciate how much our partners and children have put up with us having to work evenings and weekends to make sure we could look after our clients when they needed us the most. It’s also made me realise that we have an incredible KCA work family. They say you can’t choose your family but the one we have at KCA was chosen and I couldn’t be happier and prouder of the people we have within this family.
