...the short answer is 9 months and one day after your company's year-end. So, for example, if your company's year-end is February 28th, your corporation tax needs to be paid to HMRC by 1st December of the same year. The corporation tax return itself however doesn’t actually have to be filed until the anniversary of the company’s year-end, so 3 months after payment is due! But you probably know this, right?
