Senior Spotlight: Alex Lund Alex has been on the team for four years and has served as Captain for two. “Alex is one of the most generous souls I have ever met. She loves her team and loves Syracuse Dance with everything she has. I am continuously amazed by her dedication to her teammates and coaches. The day I met Alex I knew she was an amazing leader just from our conversation. Something just clicked with us and I knew she was going to be a large part of the reason Syracuse Dance was going to be a huge success this season. Alex embodies all the qualities a coach looks for to get the best out of every teammate and does so in a way that is admirable to watch. She is empathetic, hard working and leads by example with her firm commitment to improving each day. Alex has a God given talent that is undeniable.
