As a remote-oriented company, the majority of our interns work remotely rather than in our Austin office. Here, we are celebrating the interns who work from home all over the country and also in Canada! Q: What are your thoughts on being fully remote? Andrea: I definitely appreciate the structure and cadence of the Early Career Program. I like the feel of an office and collaborating in person but I feel like I would be a bit busier in an office. With the remote nature of this internship, I’ve realized that it’s on me to reach out to people to see if they need help and ask questions when I want to learn more. Tobias: It’s relaxing working from home. I like doing desk work even though it can be tedious at times. Working from the comfort of my home lets me use my downtime to cook or go for a walk.
