For our last National Intern Day celebration post, we asked interns for some advice. Now in its second year, our Early Career Program continues to expand and develop to provide more opportunities for our interns to learn and grow. Syed Quadri and Sheneska Williams shared a few helpful tips they’ve discovered during their time here. Q: What advice would you give next year’s interns? Syed: Don’t try to get ahead of everyone. Take your time because HashiCorp expects you to learn here. If you are learning something, you are doing perfectly fine! Remember to always ask questions so you can be fully confident in what you are doing. Sheneska: Always be yourself. That is why the company is interested in you. Interviewers just want to get to know you so be your true, authentic self.
