Minnie Cocoa Bomb 🍫 Are you a fan of peppermint? I made this Minnie Mouse Cocoa Bomb complete with peppermint ears and a pink chocolate bow! Ingredients- -Ghirardelli milk chocolate wafers -peppermint hot chocolate powder -peppermint pieces -mini marshmallows -peppermints -pink chocolate, melted -Fancy Sprinkles edible glitter -hot milk Melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave for 30 second bursts, stirring in between (1-1 1/2 min total) Pour about a tbsp of chocolate into each cavity of your mold, and spread all the way up to the edges until fully coated. Place into the fridge to set, then repeat this step with second coat of chocolate, paying special attention to the edges. They will need to be intact to peel out without breaking. Gently remove the chocolate from the mold by pushing up from underneath. Rub the edges of half the shells on a hot plate, then set into cupcake liners to fill.
