As we head into the winter season for canisiushssports, here’s a look at how a fantastic fall finished up for canisiushsrow. Canisius completed its fall racing season strong in Philadelphia last month as Max Burget '24 earned a bronze medal and the first and second varsity eights had highlight performances at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta. 📸: On-water photos by Noah Morlock '25 (morlockprod) of CHS Digital Media. Burget finished third in the Varsity Single, earning bronze among 63 total competitors. Burget was also part of the First Varsity Eight, which had a great improvement over last year as it finished 10th out of 60 crews, a 10-spot jump from 2022. The First Eight reversed multiple margins from the Head of the Charles, defeating crews from Montclair, Christian Brothers Academy, and La Salle College High School, all of whom finished ahead of Canisius earlier in the season.
