Lynn Williams and Midge Purce stole the show as Gotham FC won their first NWSL title. History was made last night when Gotham FC won the NWSL Championship 2-1. The club entered playoffs as the 6th seed and left top of the mountain, securing their first trophy. But both of these women showed up and balled out to help their club win. lynnwilliams9 scored the first goal for Gotham and became the first NWSL player to play in four NWSL Finals and win them all. 100purcent was voted MVP with her two spectacular assists that helped Gotham to victory. Truly was a night of Black culture in San Diego. So congratulations to Gotham for the trophy, and for having these two ballerz on your squad.
