Officially graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill 🥳 Today marks the end of one of the most fulfilling chapters in my lifetime. Reflecting on the past year, I am so thankful for the way God worked in my life. I took a leap of faith and became a professional soccer player while taking courses remotely. After being informed that I had to attend my remaining courses in person, I was overwhelmed by the prospect of delaying the completion of my degree until after my soccer career ends. Nevertheless, God reminded me to trust Him with all my heart and lean not into my own understanding. A week after being notified of the attendance policy, I was traded to NC Courage, which meant that I would be able to return home, play in front of family & friends, AND complete my degree in person.
