One of Mount Tabor’s beloved reservoirs is finally going to be refilled. Reservoir 6, found on the west side of Mt. Tabor Park in Southeast Portland, is expected to be refilled with water this winter, more than two years after city officials last drained it. The Portland Water Bureau quietly announced the plan earlier this fall, posting an update to its website, as first reported Saturday by Willamette Week.
