Salmon Yaki Onigiri 🍙 with a crispy blanket of cheese! The ultimate SNACK or appetizer. I had some leftover salmon & usually I make my salmon rice bowls, but I wanted to make a fun snack. I mixed the salmon with rice, kewpie mayo, furikake, teriyaki & sriracha. Then shaped them in a rice mold. Grilled them in a skillet on a layer of mozzarella cheese until crispy enough to flip over.
