First day of RIGNITE orientation was a success! Residents who have volunteered to participate to gain access to programming received information from MCSO Program and Detention staff. The information was well received and the residents were eager to start the Initial program offering- Transformational Life Skills. RIGNITE: Residents Individually Growing Naturally & Intentionally Through Education was launched in March, since then, detention staff interested in becoming RIGNITE leaders have been trained on how to present programming opportunities to resident and positively engage them in the process. #BeingTheDifference #MeckSheriff #MCSO #CultureShift
