Meet Alicia Bradshaw 👩‍🔧 Alicia, an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician at mercedesamg HPP, is actively involved in the day-to-day assembly of the Battery Management System (BMS). She is responsible for building the unit from start to finish, conducting all electrical testing and inspection before assigning the unit to an engine or car. Currently, Alicia is working on one of Mercedes' cutting-edge engineering projects—the AMG ONE Hypercar ⚙️📐🔧 Previously, Alicia was a Quality Academy Trainee. During this time, she worked in quality inspection, meticulously examining various components, including crankshafts, camshafts, pistons, large and small complex parts, valves, fingers and turning parts—integral elements of a f1 engine. Her role involved ensuring that no out-of-tolerance or damaged parts made their way into the build process.
