Billy Laye landed a 90-point ride in round 10 of the 1995 NFR on Beutler & Son’s Brown Bomber for a new NFR record. Laye qualified 13 times for the CFR and 3 times for the NFR. He also won the 1991 Canadian World Championship. Laye earns this week's PRCA Archived Rides, presented by Pendleton Whisky Director’s Reserve; Top-end, aged, curated and carefully preserved.
