Retreat Drill Progression
On coach.dhurley go call athletes begin sprinting in. As her hands come up they decelerate and backpedal. The athletes then react off D’s hand signals and shuffle/cross over back.
1. Linear Shuffle
2. 45 Degree Shuffle
3. Linear Cross-Over
4. 45 Degree Crossover
Goal here is to implement the defensive footwork we had been working on earlier in the session into a live reactive rep.
