To end off the week, I put together an easy 10 minute full body workout only using one dumbbell. This is the perfect workout for someone who doesn’t have a lot of free time and can’t make it to the gym. All you need is a dumbbell! Details are below.
🤍 squat to press (12 reps)
🤍 squat hold to in/out press (12 reps)
🤍 standing chops (10 reps each side)
🤍 single leg lunge (10 reps each leg)
⭐️repeat for 3-5 rounds!
