DEKA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP: DAY 3 The third and final day. One more day to sell out and put my best foot forward. This one was the most anticipated day of the weekend. Firstly, not knowing how my body would respond to the previous two days. Secondly, taking on two races and getting the opportunity to throw down with Kev. I was extremely nervous but all good nerves. Sunday: December 3rd, 2023 DEKA STRONG Individual - 12:29 - 2nd AG / 5th OA 🥈 The only fitting word for this race is "bloodbath." I knew that this was going to be the case going head-to-head with Cole. I wrote down on my list of goals "don't shy away from the battle." We changed leads through almost every zone back and forth until the very end. We left the tank at the exact same time to meet at the burpees.
