For anyone who’s feeling trapped in their life, it’s easy for me to say things will get better. But sometimes it makes more sense to just let you know you aren’t alone in the way you feel. I wrote this song at a time when I was not in a good place, I came out the other side because of small, yet terrifying steps in my life that took me where I am now, which is not necessarily fixed but doing better.
