At the age of nine, Rania was an outsider. A refugee navigating a new country every two years with her family. It was these experiences that went on to shape her as an internationally recognized business consultant, author, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) expert, and co-founder of a network helping talented women entrepreneurs scale up their businesses. “If I could just help close the gender gap in developing countries, even by a drop, then I will have had real impact.” According to the World Economic Forum, simply getting more women into the workforce globally could add USD 12 trillion in GDP.
