Stay hydrated and fueled: Feel good, study good! Staying hydrated and eating consistent meals and snacks can help your mind stay sharp! It’s hard to focus on study for exams if you have a head ache or your stomachs growling.
Take study breaks: Tackle your studying in segments with breaks in between. Take a moment between concepts to go for a walk, make a snack and stretch your legs. Changing up your study spot can also help break up a monotonous day!
Maintain a solid sleep schedule: Sleep is often one of the first things to go when studying for tests. Remember that all-nighters are not an efficient way to study, as lack of sleep greatly impacts your brain’s ability to learn. If you do lose sleep in order to study, avoid driving. Sleepy driving can be just as dangerous as drunk driving.
