This biscuit recipe is adapted from my family’s tried and true non-vegan version. A few simple swaps for dairy based butter and milk and we have a vegan version of buttermilk biscuits that are just as good as the non-vegan ones! And top them off with gravy…well that’s just a match made in heaven
