Dr. laura_irimies , Associate Professor at the School of Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences, Babes-Bolyai University (BBU) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, recently visited the cronkite_asu and shared the final presentations of her students. Dr. Irimies and Dr. Fran Matera engaged in co-teaching between the U.S. and Romania, made possible by the Cronkite Global Initiatives International Virtual Collaboration grant led by Dr. Matera. As a former Fulbright scholar at Cronkite in 2019-2020, Dr. Irimies remains a dedicated advocate for collaboration. The lecture also featured Dr. juanmundel , Executive Director of Cronkite Global, who encouraged cooperation. Dr. Matera serves as the mentor to Humphrey fellow “Sunshine” Seungshin Seo.
