Helena set a new Personal Best running 21:55 to move to 9th All-Time at UC Santa Cruz to win the C2C Conference Championship. Helena led the women to a Perfect Score, and a third consecutive C2C Cross Country Team Championship. Helena led the Banana Slugs with a 9th place finish at the NCAA West Regional Championships to earn her first All-Region Honors. Helena improved 99 places at the NCAA National Championships from her 2022 finish, to finish 113th and lead the Banana Slugs to a 31st place team finish!
