Center staff are currently in Dubai for the United Nations Climate Conference, known as COP28. It’s the biggest climate conference of the year, where countries around the world come together to plan out the next twelve months of climate action. In September, we took to NYC, 75k strong, and demanded President Biden stop fossil fuel expansion. We brought this cry to COP28 and continue to raise the alarm to save humanity from the climate crisis — and we’ll bring wildlife and extinction into the conversation, too. Wildlife and the health of the climate are intrinsically linked. We can’t save one without the other.
