I'm so excited to share two new holiday cocktails I created! These cocktails are inspired by my all-time favorite holiday candle, Balsam & Cedar, from yankeecandle. I light this candle for December, and my house wouldn’t feel the same without it! From the fragrance notes in Balsam & Cedar such as citrus, evergreen, herbs, and red berry. I developed a Wilderness Sour with homemade wilderness syrup and a refreshing cranberry Campari spritz with rosé and Campari. Both recipes are below, and I can’t wait to hear what you think! Honey Wilderness Syrup Serves 6 3 Rose Sprigs 1 tsp juniper berries, whole 3 bay leafs 1 cinnamon stick 1 tsp allspice whole 1 cup honey 1 cup water Bring everything to a simmer in a small saucepan until the honey has melted, for about 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it infuse for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
