In 2021, the U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline received reports of 10,359 trafficking situations, identifying a staggering 16,554 likely victims. The top reported types of trafficking were Escort Services (10%), Pornography (8%), and Illicit Massage, Health and Beauty (8%). It’s crucial to raise awareness of the scale and scope of this injustice so that more victims can get the help they critically need.
