The AVCA is happy to name Phil Nickel of Dallas College Eastfield as its 2023 Two-Year College Coach of the Year. Nickel made quite a splash in his first full season on the sidelines at Dallas Eastfield, leading his team to this year’s NJCAA Division III national title.
