It is also rumored that Bass Reeves was the inspiration for #TheLoneRanger! David also portrayed #DrMartinLutherKingJr in the 2014 film, #Selma & shared an amazing story of an interaction with Civil Rights leader #JohnLewis on-set as David was in-character as Dr. King.
