I recently signed on with apnews to help cover some NBA games! It’s always been one of my goals to provide images around the world, work with a team of pros, and all while being around the sport I love so much. ⁣ ⁣ First assignment was with the Dallas Mavericks & The Portland Trail Blazers. While my shot did make the front page & top news story it was unfortunately due to injury.⁣ ⁣ It goes without saying that this is a huge step in my photography career. Picking up so many new things and what a great learning experience!! I’ve worked so hard to get here, but jobs not done - now I have to work even harder to prove that I belong. ⁣ I truly do want to thank those that refer & recommend my skills to other editors and teams. Gigs like these could not have happened without the help of others and it is a blessing to get to do what I do.⁣ ⁣ Swipe through to see some images from the game!⁣
