The 5th grade teacher at Fairmount Elementary was named the @IndependenceSchoolDistrict 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year, and now she is a MISSOURI REGIONAL TEACHER OF THE YEAR! 🎉 🏆 Hailey is one of six recipients in the Kansas City Region and one of 34 statewide. She will be honored at the upcoming Regional Teacher of the Year Luncheon with a cash award and plaque, and she is eligible to apply for Missouri Teacher of the Year.
