Communication, psychological science and ACT-In senior, Haley Unruh will attend #MissouriStateUniversity for a master’s degree to be a child life specialist. In the summer of 2019, she volunteered at camps for kids with diseases: Camp Quality (cancer), Camp Mitiog (spina bifida) and another for kids with sickle cell trait. She volunteered throughout the summer with #ChildrensMercy to help with Pet Pals, which lets kids who are sick play with therapy dogs.
