Cheez-It Party Mix:   2 boxes Cheez-It Snack Mix 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips ½ cup creamy peanut butter ¼ cup unsalted butter 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 2 ¼ cups powdered sugar, divided 1 cup white chocolate chips 2 tablespoons red and green sprinkles   In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter on high for about 15 seconds then stir. Repeat in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth. You can also melt the ingredients over a double boiler. Once melted, stir in the vanilla.   Add the Cheez-It Snack Mix to a large bowl. Reserve two large handfuls of Cheez-It crackers and two large handfuls of pretzels and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet (this is what you’ll drizzle with white chocolate).
