In a food processor or blender, add the cup of labneh, ½ cup pistachios, 4 tbsp olive oil, garlic cloves, ½ tsp salt, the juice of half a lemon and blend together until creamy and smooth. 2. Fill a large pot half way up with water. Add in a steamer tray but do not have the tray submerged in water. 3. Cut the stems off of the beets and add to the steamer basket. Cover with a lid and let cook on medium heat for 1 hour until the beets are fork tender. Remove the beets from the steamer and let cool. 4.
