REAR, LATERAL and FRONT is the way to build those big 3D delts! 💪🏽 On my shoulder workout I love to start with the rear delts because it’s the smallest part of the shoulder muscles and when the shoulder is pumped I feel it harder to feel that muscle working and get pumped but when I start working them first I have amazing sensation throughout all my workout and definitely have a significant improvement over the years.
