In 2022, nearly 2.5 million Venezuelans lived in Colombia, of which 90 percent were believed to be working in the informal sector and were at high risk for sex and labor trafficking. Between 2019 and 2021 alone, 41% of Venezuelan migrants arriving in Colombia and interviewed by an International NGO experienced trafficking or exploitation. Dressember’s partners help provide exit pathways for trafficking victims around the world. Help combat the exploitation of migrants across Latin America by donating Dressember today.
