When it comes to the future of Black-owned businesses, creating with intention and vision will win every time. November Nichols (novembernichols) founded Chémin in 2017 after making a conscious decision about the way that she created space for herself, and with hopes of ushering a new generation of Black folks into the fragrance realm. Chémin (maisonchemin) is not only one of the few Black women-owned fragrance brands, but it is also the only Black brand in the world with its own fragrance house. In the “lucrative industry” that’s on track to rake up “$84.02 billion by 2028,” Nichols is working to change the number of Black consumers that take up space as producers instead. “A big part of my mission is to provide an entry point for people to enter this craft by teaching them regulations and guidelines that they need to start.” Tap the link in bio for the full story. // #BlackOwnedBusiness #BlackLuxury
