The skyline over Atlanta welcomes two new additions this week! Our bluehatcrane tower cranes, standing at 278 feet and 314 feet, were assembled over the past several days and are ready to help us go vertical on the Rambler student housing project on Peachtree Street. Scheduled to be completed in Fall 2025, Rambler is less than a quarter mile from the Georgia Institute of Technology and will house 798 student housing beds in 215 units comprising one-, two-, four-, five- and six-bedroom configurations. Amenities will include the second location of the Daydreamer café, a study mezzanine with both coworking space and private study rooms, a resident lounge, fitness center and a rooftop pool and hot tub.
