THE EX-FRIEND CODE! Before y’all attempt to get messy, this post is NOT about or directed towards anyone. It is an observation and what I learned to do when a friendship ends. Unfortunately, friendships that we thought would last a lifetime do come to an end. Sometimes people don’t know how to act and do actions that are hurtful, disrespectful and violate that old friend. As a result of those actions, they make the situation worse and sometimes get beat up. So I decide to come up with some rules and regulations called “The Ex-Friend Code” to help keep y’all safe and process all the emotions associated with end of a friendship.
