April C on Instagram: "Process… Some rehearsal footage. This piece has gone through a lot, but that’s how it always occurs in the first few stages. I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to work with five beautiful dancers the past five months to develop a starting sketch of this work. Every moment that was created in this inspiring and boundary-pushing atmosphere will forever be cherished. This process has demonstrated that one simple question, has an endless amount of responses. I am excited for the uprising challenges and powerful moments that will occur in the next phase. Thank you @sammyj.ohnson for capturing a glimpse of this."
