The JSerra Girls Volleyball team enjoyed a season unlike any other in the program’s history this fall, and one big reason for the team’s success was the play and leadership of senior Jessica Bates. After helping lead the Lions to the first CIF-SS title in program history, Bates was selected as the CIF-SS Division 2 Player of the Year.
