Second grade just completed a Hebrew unit called Bruchim Habaim. They learned the meaning of Bruchim Habaim (welcome) and practiced using Bruchim Habaim to welcome different groups of people. To finish their unit, they utilized the 3D laser Glowforge printer and designed a Bruchim Habaim puzzle sign for the greenhouse at the farmette with enough pieces for every second-grade student. Each student decorated and designed a piece of our Bruchim Habaim sign and then we put it all together. Today, they hung up the Bruchim Habaim sign at the greenhouse on @the_farmette and second graders were so proud to see the culmination of their hard work.
