Box Drill
Before each rep the group is given a specific pattern with specific movements (ex: sprint, shuffle, x-over, backpedal). On the coaches “go” call they will execute the given pattern and movements through the cones.
The goal is to implement the agility based movements we have been practicing in the field work in a high speed rep.
