Meet icitatay, MotoGP Hospitality Senior Executive at Dorna Sports 🏍️ Iciar’s motorsport journey began at the age of six, when her father gave her a motocross bike. Over the years, she was inspired to not only keep riding but also study towards a career in motorsport. Iciar’s passion and dedication saw her excel at motocross schools and master in Fashion and Luxury Marketing and Communications. She quickly made the jump into the industry when she joined Dorna Sports as MotoGP™ VIP Village Hospitality Coordinator in 2017. Seeking further experience, Iciar became Dorna Sports’ Talent Promotion Senior Executive in 2020. She developed the northerntalentcup Championship and got to support young riders chasing their dreams 🏆 Then, in 2022, Iciar returned back to MotoGP™ Hospitality as Senior Executive.
