Need a set it and forget it recipe that can feed a crowd? I love this slow cooker quinoa chili because you literally just dump everything in the pot and turn it on. That’s IT. It’s delicious, packed with plenty of plant based protein and it’s also made with mostly canned goods so it’s an easy one to make when your fridge is looking a little empty. (Did I mention it’s also budget friendly? 🙌)
