The 2022 Westside poetry slam winners gave a live performance at the launch event, which was held with D.C. United during @mls All-Star Week! “The mini-pitch reveal at the MLS Community Day had everything a kid could want,” says Brian Anderson, Associate Programs Manager. “The Seaton youth smiling and screaming in disbelief after seeing their poem and artwork come to life will forever be cemented in my mind.”
